SG Connect - How to report a problem

Purpose

Should you encounter a problem, you can use the "Report a problem" button to report and share relevant data with SG. 

 

How to use

  • Click the menu on the right and click "Report a problem". 
  • Describe the problem, then press "Continue". Choose an e-mail option to share the report with support@sg-as.no.
  • Send the e-mail with the description and relevant data with SG. 

Step-by-step guide

Step 1

Select the right-hand menu.

Step 2

Choose "Report a problem". 

Step 3

Describe the issue and press “Continue”.

Step 4

Select an email option for sharing the report with support@sg-as.no. Then send the email with the description and relevant data to SG.
