1a. New location
When creating a location, it is recommended to use the home's address as the name. A location is divided into groups according to rooms or areas in a home.
Create a location as follows:
1. Tap the SG logo in the top left corner to get to the overview of locations.
2. Tap the plus icon (+) at the bottom right.
3. Select Create new location.
4. Enter a name for the location and select an icon.
5. Press Save (check mark in the top right corner).
1b. Retrieve location using location code
The location code is used when you have been given a code by the installer or homeowner. This will give you full access (Admin rights) to the installation and the ability to make changes and customizations.
Enter the location code as follows:
1. Click on the SG logo in the top left-hand corner.
2. Press the plus icon (+) at the bottom right.
3. Select Enter location code.
4. Enter the location code in the field.
5. Tap the checkbox icon in the top right corner to confirm.
