How to report a problem
1. Open "Settings".
2. Scroll down to the "Other" section.
3. Press "Contact" (the letter icon).
Select the email you want to send from.
4. Write a short description of the problem.
Feel free to include:
what is not working (symptoms)
when/how often it happens
Error messages from the app
5. Send the email and wait for a response from support.
Support will contact you by email for further dialog and troubleshooting.
