Repair a component (via app)
Use Repair if a device has been added but is not responding as expected.
Repair is only performed via the app - no physical action on the device.
Repair a device
Open the SGSmart app
Select the correct location
Tap the gear in the top right corner
Select Device manager
Find and select the device to be repaired
Tap on Repair
Tap Start to start the repair
Wait for the app to complete the repair
When the repair is complete, the device will be available again with existing settings.
