The Heal’s Building on 196 Tottenham Court Road with its iconic and original character has been refurbished to provide high-standard Grade A accommodation.

The building is composed of three main blocks, built between 1916 and 1962. The refurbishment included the whole space, where original features could be integrated into the new refurbishment work resulting in an authentic, contemporary building.

The building is located in a viral environment surrounded by tenants such as Google, Facebook, The Guardian and Sony, along with shopping opportunities, bars, cafés, restaurants and leisure opportunities.
