Holluf Pile School is a modern three-track school with around 700 students. Holluf Pile is a lower primary school focused on health, IT and international collaboration, and it is located on the outskirts of Odense.

Holluf Pile School was commissioned in 1982 and has been enlarged several times since then. The entire school, including the lighting, was refurbished in 2015–2016.

Lighting solution

SG delivered the new lighting solution in collaboration with Wicotec Kirkebjerg. A total of 900 EcoLine luminaires – as 13W, 31W and 31W asymmetrical – were installed in classrooms, common areas, cloakrooms and corridors. The luminaire installations are mounted or suspended.

The new lighting solution is much more energy efficient, provides more light and makes it possible to install light dimming and movement sensors. All for the benefit of students and employees in their day-to-day work.
