The town of Landskrona and Landskronahem have built the biggest playground in town (65,000 m²) with the assistance of consulting firm COWI.
The finished playground offers something for all interests, with obstacle courses, trampolines, kickbike and parkour courses as well as barbecue and picnic areas for the whole family.

Lighting solution

COWI asked SG Lighting for assistance with the lighting solution.

The desire was for spot luminaires mounted on 4 and 6-metre poles to illuminate the actual playground along with the various activity areas such as the stage and the parkour courses.

The resulting solution uses a combination of Place park luminaires and Wax spot luminaires, which are both ideal for the purpose. Both poles and luminaires have been specially painted in yellow (RAL-1023), which blends well with the overall playground.
