Langfoss

Langfoss is a powerful floodlight luminaire suitable for lighting large spaces, transport and storage areas, playgrounds, courts and car parks. Can also be used as facade lighting. Nordic design for Nordic conditions. The sloping top allows snow to slide off, and the bracket can withstand heavy loads. Asymmetrical optics send the light where it is needed, and the mounting bracket can be angled as required. Super simple installation with two-piece mounting bracket with hooks. Die-cast powder-coated aluminium with tempered glass front. Attachment for IP68 protection included. Accessories for flexible installation: post for mounting top, post for mounting sides, corner bracket and extension cable.

Ahead of Öland's Harvest Festival 2025, Åkerbo Hembygdskrets wanted to give Sandvik Kvarn new lighting. The result was spotlights from SG Armaturen that now illuminate both the facade and the wings with a warm and inviting light. The windmill is 26 meters high with eight floors and a wingspan of 24 meters, and is considered one of the world's largest. It was built in 1856, moved to Öland in 1885 and today houses a restaurant and museum.
